A Swedish vegan cheese company, Casheury are helping a Danish research study on consequences of people swapping animal based dairy products such as cheese, with vegan cheese alternatives in their diet over the span of a month.

CASHEURY TO REPLACE TRADITIONAL DAIRY IN TRIALS
Over the next few weeks Casheury - Swedish Vegan Creamery cheezes will be used in a study to replace dairy cheeze for subjects over a 4 week period.Subjects will participate in trials on plant-based milk and dairy alternatives.
The purpose of the study is to investigate what role milk and dairy products play in the diet of Danes, and the consequences of substituting these products with plant-based alternatives has on people's diet, lifestyle and wellbeing. The project is a collaboration between researchers from the Department of Sports and Nutrition (NEXS), the Department of Nordic Studies and Linguistics (NorS) and the Crown Princess Mary Center (MaryCentret).
Subjects will replace their usual milk and dairy products with plant-based alternatives for 4 weeks.
Casheury will provide the subjects with 4 cheezes
Bianco - for breakfast/everyday use
Casheumozza - for melting, grilling, pizza. lasagne needs
as well as Ramslōk and Bruschetta for when they want to push the boat out.DRYK and Alpro will also be participating with plant-based alternatives for traditional milk and yoghurt
