This is the first plant-based range offered by Cathedral City who are owned by Saputo Dairy UK. For many this will have been a long while coming and with much anticipation since their dairy cheddar block has been a nation favourite in UK supermarkets for many years.
There are three choices on offer in the format of a cheese block, slices or grated.
