The description of the cheese makes no suggestion as to what ingredients make up the cheese, but some of the highlights of the cheese are:

  • Smooth and creamy
  • Melts beautifully
  • Free from dairy, soya, lactose & gluten
  • Source of B12 & calcium
  • Vegan

But what it does do is show you what ingredients are not used in its production, and those are; dairy (well duh), soy and any gluten ingredients such as wheat as it is gluten free.

They also point out that it is a source of Vitamin B12 and Calcium.
