We combined the rich and creamy FROMAGE with Kyoto's unique sansho pepper. The umami and saltiness of real Japanese pepper, and the aroma and spiciness of powdered Japanese pepper are fermented in harmony. KOTO (ancient city) is a fusion of Western and Eastern delicacies. It is recommended not only to put it on bread and crackers, but also to eat it with fresh vegetables. It goes well with chilled Japanese sake and sparkling wine.
