Camembert was created by a priest during the French Revolution in the town of Camembert.
Gradil was created by me, a Frenchman during the vegetable revolution in Gradil. I am very excited to share with you my latest creation, which you will love if you already enjoy our Blue chie'z. Fermented and matured for two weeks using the traditional method. Made with organic and fair trade cashews.
