Nice and creamy body, and the blue veins have a good strong flavour. If anything, too strong -- I tend to cut off the rind (which is all 'blue'). I haven't used this in cooking or melting, so ignore those ratings. (It would be good to have a 'n/a' option.)

Three very long years I have waited for this nearly perfect cheese. it takes me back to when I used to eat Cambozola by the bucket full. It's very hard to believe it is Dairy Free and the only problem is they don't seem to be able to make it quick enough but luckily you can freeze it. I can't really comment on how it melts/cooks as it is never around long enough and personally I think it would be an insult to the cheese to melt it!!
Its taken me a long while to find a vegan blue cheese I like and this is mind blowing! I am so happy.
