Seit etwa 10 Jahren gibt es unseren Wiesentäler - veganer fermentierter Tofukäse aus Lörrach im Wiesental (südlicher Schwarzwald).
Da das Interesse aus dem europäischen Ausland, wie z.B. den Käseexperten in Frankreich immer größer wird, haben wir uns für international verständlichere Namen entschieden: Mountain Love Tofu statt Wiesentäler Almliebe - aber weiterhin mit viel Liebe fermentiert und würzigem Bärlauch abgeschmeckt.
Our Wiesentaler - vegan fermented tofu cheese from Lörrach in Wiesental (southern Black Forest) has been around for about 10 years. Since interest from other European countries, such as the cheese experts in France, is increasing, we have decided on names that are more internationally understandable: Mountain Love Tofu instead of Wiesentäler Almliebe - but still fermented with a lot of love and flavored with spicy wild garlic.
