Zigerklee, auch Schabzigerklee, etwas milder als Bockshornklee ist ein typisches Schweizer Käsegewürz und passt somit hervorragen zu unserem gereiften Tofu. Abgerundet wird der Geschmack mit etwas Urwaldpfeffer, also wild im Urwald gewachsenem Pfeffer aus einem Projekt, das die Lebensqualität der ärmeren kleinbäuerlichen und indigenen Bevölkerung fördert (Import über Heuschrecke).
Wie alle Käsealternativen aus dem Hause Lord of Tofu kann man den Zigerkleetofu kalt essen, z.B. als Brotbelag.
Matured tofu with ziger clover & jungle pepper (pateurized), GLUTEN FREE Zigerklee, also known as Schabzigerklee, a little milder than fenugreek, is a typical Swiss cheese seasoning and therefore goes perfectly with our ripened tofu. The taste is rounded off with a little jungle pepper, i.e. pepper grown wild in the jungle from a project that promotes the quality of life of the poorer small farmers and indigenous population (imported via locust). Like all cheese alternatives from Lord of Tofu, Zigerkleetofu can be eaten cold, for example as a topping for bread.
