I really like this cheese!…
I really like this cheese! It isn't identical to non-vegan mozz, but the flavor and texture are similar in my opinion. It doesn't melt like dairy mozz but does get soft, so I tend to heat it up and then mix it around in pasta or nachos, and it coats them well. It does a great job at thickening up pasta sauce.
Miyoko's know how to do vegan cheese well and this is one of those done well. It is soft, it's got a mild flavour and works like what you'd want mozzarella for.
