Mozzarisella Spreadable Classic is, like all our plant-based alternatives, a vegan product free from any animal derivatives and allergens. It contains no preservatives or colourings. Find it in the chilled fresh departments of the best organic supermarkets. During its production, no chemicals or synthetic molecules are used and the main ingredients are certified by the European Regulation for Organic Agriculture.

Light and delicate, soft and spreadable. It can be combined with fresh or cooked vegetables and all legumes, very good also simply spread on bread or on crackers for a snack, delicious with some olives or fresh or dried tomatoes on top. It can also be useful in the preparation of vegetable béchamel, to prepare excellent creamy sauces for pasta and cereals. Once opened, it should be consumed within a few days as a normal fresh product.
