Mild and tangy with blue veins of superfood spirulina, this is a blue cheese for people who aren’t sure if they like blue cheese. Much more easy going than a traditional stilton but still very pleasing on the tastebuds and as a bonus looks great on a cheeseboard. Also delicious in a pear and walnut salad!

This is a particularly beautiful looking vegan cheese, it comes as a rectangle shape block of cheese. It has a blue and white marble effect through out it made of spirulina.

Spirulina is a powerful and nutritious food made from algae and it makes this vegan cheese look strikingly beautiful and different to others we've seen and tried before.

This is a very subtle blue cheese in terms of aroma. Don't expect a stinky blue cheese, this is rather softer on the nose.

It's a shame in terms of it's aroma, but there is a beautiful cheese awaiting you to taste.

This is a great vegan cheese for those not too adventurous when it comes to blue cheese.

It has a very subtle blue hue taste to it that comes from the spirulina.

It has a soft, creamy taste to it that is lightly sparked with the blue that runs through it.

This is a people pleaser kind of vegan cheese, one you can't really go wrong with as it really a beautifully delicious and simple vegan cheese.

I have no problem admitting it only lasted a day before being completely consumed.

It has a semi-soft texture, that slices nicely. It's size makes it great for cutting into cubes to go with a walnut salad.

You can also gently grate it too which makes it perfect for adding to pasta dishes and let it melt in to the meal.

Longevitiy

This cheese needs keeping within the fridge and once opened needs to be consumed within a few days.

This cheese is wrapped neatly in paper with no plastic and made and shipped within the UK.

Summary

This is not a traditionally tasting blue cheese, it is though, a beautiful looking vegan cheese, with a delicious gentle tone about it.

It will be one that if you're after a blue cheese you'll be blind sided as the blue taste you'll be expectin doesn't come through.

You'll not be dissapointed by the flavours you do get instead.
