This is our review of the intriging Provencal from Tyne Chease.

The description from the Tyne Chease website.

This Chease has our classic soft, creamy texture with a beautifully aromatic blend of rosemary, cracked black pepper, thyme, lavender flowers and garlic powder; giving it a herby, floral flavour. Perfect for a lazy day in the garden on a warm day, this chease will let you pretend that summer is not almost over! Inspired by our visit to a summer herb garden in Provence, and we believe we have created our favorite chease so far!

Below we have cut in to the Tyne Chease Provencal vegan cheese.

Colourful, floral and a beautiful purple and grey herb garden appearance to the exterior as it's covered in herbs of thyme, rosemary and lavendar.

On the inside this is a cheese that looks creamy and soft.

The green tones of the thyme and evenly punched by the purple lavender flowers. This is a beautiful looking cheese.

This is one aromatic vegan cheese, you'll definitely smell it and be in awe of what awaits you.

In comes the lavender and then the thyme and as well as this you also have hints of garlic and cashews as you make your way through its taste journey.

This vegan cheese has a lot of different flavours that really will make you reminise of summer times in the garden.

From the herb garden flavours of rosemary and thyme to the floral taste it brings along with the creamy soft texture of the cheese that comes through underneath with the moreish, slightly salty, slightly garlicky and subtle ease of deliciousness will have you going back for more.

Texture

This cheese has a semi-soft texture which is easy to cut through.

Do get ready for the thyme and lavender to go everywhere! They are easy to scoop up and apply decoratively on top of a salad, pasta or on top of your cheese and crackers.

This is a cheese that doesn't melt, grilled on toast it holds its shape well making it great for the top of a warm salad and other similar meals.

Longevity

The package has a date of 21st October giving us three weeks to demolish this cheese.. it's only the 8th and it is all gone.

This is a cheese that lasts up to 1 month in the refrigerator or up to 3 months in the freezer. When thawing the cheese place in the fridge for 24 – 36 hours.

It is also recommended that the cheese is kept dry as possible to prevent the cheese from spoiling. Any mould needs removing generously before consuming the cheese.
