Appearance
The cheese is wrapped in an exterior wrapper that makes this cheese feel like a little present.
In the plastic wrapper the cheese appears moist and it opens and the cheese looks a wonderfully creamy, garlicky sensation.
It's white with little pops of wild garlic and we love it's appearance.

Aroma
Hello garlic, you get that essence that you know there is garlic there, but it isn't strong in its aroma, subtle and satisfying.

The cheese also has those alluring fermented fragrances and slight nutty fragrance, a definite hit with the nose.
Flavour
There is a lustery tone about this cheese that really satisfies those who are garlic lovers.

Like previously mentioned about the aroma, the flavour of garlic is not too overpowering, it's wild garlic making it that sweet, grassy slightly more mellow nature that everyone loves.
This is a cheese with a delicious delicateness that it also spirited by the garlic.
Texture
This vegan cheese has one creamy, buttery, soft texture.

It's very easy to spread and it looks beautifully smooth once spread over bread or added to the top of a pasta dish, which you'll find is a perfect combination and meal idea.
Longevity
Bought in February with a best before date of July. In a suction sealed wrapper allows for excellent preservation as long as it's kept in the fridge.
It is advertised that it will last at least 2 months in the fridge, and going by our best before date, that is true.

Summary
Just like in the image below, this cheese looks and tastes great on anything!

Here it is on a small slice of baguette, and it's just delicious, spreads well, works with many simple dishes and even raw.
A very versatile vegan cheese, it helps we love garlic, which makes this a favourite of ours!
