Appearance
Out of the stylish paper wrapper the cheese sits within a vacuum sealed packet, once openned you'll see a round orange block of cheese that looks rather intriguing.
A slice into the cheese and you soon find out what you see is what you get, that vibrant orange tone is throughout the cheese.
Aroma
Mild smoked paprika tone, we love paprika and we love the smell of this vegan cheese.
Flavour
Straight out of the fridge and sliced on to a cracker, this cheese is a delight.
It's got a bright, warm, peppery tone, that also delivers a matureness that softly melts in your mouth.
Texture
It's texture is semi-soft and it's supple texture, helps keeps it shape well.
It makes for easy slices that you can also spread on to toast, crackers or anything else you'd like to.
Longevity
The Curado Pimentón comes with a two month shelve life, which gives you a handy amount of time before opening.
Environmental Credentials
Wrapped in a biodegradable vaccum package in within paper makes this a great environmental friendly vegan cheese.
