Jane's Cheeze Dom de Neige with Flower Salt is a true delight for the senses. Not only does it offer a rich, creamy texture and a well-balanced, mildly tangy flavor, but it also captivates with its beautiful presentation. Our customers particularly love the visual appeal of this cheese— in German we say: "das Auge isst mit"—as the vibrant flower salt adds an elegant and artistic touch. This attention to detail makes it not just a treat to taste but also to behold. A perfect choice for those who value both aesthetics and taste in their cheese experience!

We had the pleasure of trying Jane's Cheeze Apricot & Roasted Cumin, and it truly impressed us. The delightful fruity sweetness of the apricot pairs perfectly with the mature, tangy notes of the cheese, creating a beautifully balanced contrast. The roasted cumin adds an earthy depth that complements the overall flavor profile without overwhelming the palate. It is a well-crafted vegan cheese that feels both sophisticated and adventurous, making it a standout in any tasting experience. Highly recommended for those who appreciate unique flavor combinations (as is the case with all creations from Jane)!

This is defininitely the best plant-based 'cheese' I've tried - by a mile! Its the closest to the original cheese taste-wise, as well as extremely versatile. Love it!!
