Due preface: I am a pescatarian, cheese lover. Cheese is one of the main personal reasons why I have not fully switched to vegan diet, and in time I have been pretty skeptical about vegan products as a replacement for non-vegan ones.
I can gladly confirm that when I tried Fermento Vegano's cheeses I discovered new ways to appreciate cheese products in general. I personally believe that comparing vegan cheese to animal-based counterpart is not the way to go to fully appreciate their culinary characteristics, and Fermento Vegano's products brought me to fully believe that. When I first tasted their cheese, I forgot about I was actually eating "cheese" (at least what cheese was for me so far). They are at a whole other level of tasting experience, and it was for me a discovery of superbly crafted food combination. TrufLove was one of the first choices, and I can still remember its genuine taste. Highly reccomended.
