So soft. Even has a slight "cheese" flavour, if you're into that.

Imagine my surprise finding something to replace 'cream cheese', especially one that would taste like cinnamon buns:  except it doesn't.

I have been using Miyoko's cheese for quite some time:  I have celiac's.  And usually vegan cheese has gone miles farther than they used to in flavor, texture, and so forth.  I even know how to make my own 'seed, or nut cheese.'   I was hoping for something a little sweet with flavor of cinnamon and raisons.  The reality?

It was sour.  I could tastes the 'base cheese' flavor, no cinnamon flavor came through and never mind the raisons.  I won't throw it out but will have to 'rework' it to taste:  whole raisons, sweetener (probably monk fruit), and good cinnamon to make it taste like a typical 'frosting' style used for cinnamon toast or buns.  I am not recommending this, nor the "lox" flavored sour cream (which is too strong in tarragon to taste anything else nuance in this cheese).  We'll be sticking to their butter and other products that taste clean and not over herbs, spiced or in this case, under whelming.  Vegan food doesn't have to equate tasting awful!

this is what i consider a real gourmet vegan cheese! matured and so aromatic - it blows you away!

the combination of pink peppercorns with the soft touch of truffle oil is just superb. and all ingredrients are from orgarnic farming and even the beautiful packaging is bio digradable.

all in all a super delicious and conscious product that makes you feeel like your in plantbased cheese heaven!

NB this is not a feta-style cheese -- it is intended to be like halloumi.

One of my favourite Zengarry flavours.  It's so cheesy and versatile.
