カシューナッツベースの発酵させたヴィーガンチーズです。白カビチーズと同じカマンベールチーズ菌を使っており、食用炭を練り込んであります。表面と中に食用炭の層があります。
食用炭と白味噌の風味をまろやか味が出てきます。
最初はカマンベールのように中身はクリーミーですが、熟成が進むと固形化が進みます。

Same as our White Mold Cheese, this photogenic vegan cheese is made by culturing cashew nuts with camembert cheese culture.
We powder the sides of the cheese paste and create a layer of black ash/activated charcoal. This lowers the acidity slightly which together with white miso paste creates a mild and balanced cheese. The black ash is from coconuts shells.
It is creamy in the middle and firms up as it continues to mature in your refrigerator at home.
