牛乳不使用、発酵させたヴィーガンチーズです。ナッツで乳製品のようにクリーミー、美味しいプラントベースカマンベールチーズを作っております。
全て自然な材料で、カシューナッツ、ココナッツオイル、塩少々、カマンベール菌で発酵させました。熟成するまでだいたい一ヶ月かかります。
柔らかいので、クラッカーなどに載せてたべると美味しいです。
より硬め、コクの強いチーズが宜しければ白カビチーズをおすすめします。

This plant-based camembert cheese is creamy and flavorful, just like any dairy variety.

We make our vegan camembert cheese with simple natural ingredients: cashew nuts, coconut oil, probiotics, penicillium candidum culture (vegan origin) and a pinch of salt. The cheese is aged for about a month.
Ingredients are the same as our White Mold Cheese, but the Camembert is soft and can be spread on crackers or bread.

The matured cheese is a refrigerated food which is why we ship with refrigerated transportation.
Mold sometimes grows a unevenly on the surface of the cheese. We appreciate your understanding.
