牛乳不使用、発酵させた白カビヴィーガンチーズです。カシューナッツとオーツを原料に、熟成後乾燥させており硬めでコクがあります。熟成、乾燥させるまでだいたい一ヶ月かかります。梅干しと味噌も入っており、爽やかな酸味と旨味があります。
冷蔵品なので、クール便で送らせていただきます。カビチーズは表面にムラがある場合もございますのでご了承ください。

This delicious vegan cheese is made by culturing cashew nuts and oat with Camembert cheese culture. An updated version of our award-winning White Mold Cheese, it is recommended if you like rich, semi-hard cheeses like Manchego.
The cheese is aged and dried for at least one month. Miso paste and ume (Japanese pickled plum) adds to its rich and complex flavor.
