カシューナッツベース、カマンベールチーズ菌で発酵させたヴィーガンチーズです。燻製塩を使いますのでスモーキーな美味しさで楽しめます。中身はクリーミーです。
熟成するまでだいたい一ヶ月かかります。
柔らかいので、クラッカーなどに載せてたべると美味しいです。

冷蔵品なので、クール便で送らせていただきます。

無添加、オーガニック原材料のカシューナッツを使用しています。ココナッツオイルに関してはクルエルティフリーであることを生産者に確認しております。

【For matured cheeses it sometimes takes a while (~up to one month) from order to shipment. You will receive an email letting you know when your order has been shipped.】
We use organic cashew nuts and real Camembert cheese bacteria culture (vegan origin) to make this delicious cultured cheese, aged for about one month.
Smoked salt gives a smoky aroma which goes well with the creamy texture.

The matured cheese is a refrigerated food which is why we ship with refrigerated transportation.
Mold sometimes grows unevenly on the surface of the cheese. We appreciate your understanding.
