Fermaggio® is a young company based in Cave, near Rome. Born in 2018, we produce vegetable cheeses based on cashews and almonds. The idea has always been to create, research and experiment with vegetable alternatives to milk, meat and all those consumer products that involve animal and environmental exploitation. In our laboratory, every day we strive to revolutionize the world of vegan food with very interesting, good, protein-rich products, free of added flavors, healthy and above all tasty.
