Go Vegan
We (some zealots in Synnøve Finden) got the idea to make vegan cheese alternatives for the Norwegian market. We informed ourselves about the range available in the shops and thought that it must then be possible to create a tastier, cheaper and not least more accessible alternative.
In collaboration with vegan chef Jane H. Johansen from veganmisjonen.com, we set about testing and developing our product idea. In September 2017, we launched our vegan alternative to cheese for the first time: Go'Vegan Revet and Go'Vegan Skivet, and in April 2018 Go'Vegan Bit hit the store shelves.
