Our fauxmages are made with coconut oil. They are flavored with spices and nutritional yeast which will give a certain fauxmage taste . They are in solid form when cold, but will melt and allow you to gratinate your dishes for your greatest pleasure. Slip them wherever you like: pizzas, gratins, grilled cheese, pasta, raclettes, etc. They can also be eaten cold, in sandwiches or as an aperitif for example.
