Jane's Kitchen stands for vegan cheese enjoyment that inspires and is made with love, passion and the best ingredients . The basic ingredients of my cheeses are exclusively organic cashews. On the one hand, the cheeses are enriched with ripening bacteria, and on the other hand, they achieve their deep aroma solely through affinage (ripening through storage). They are carefully cared for and thus given the time they need to give them their excellent aroma.
