We make Yuki cheeze cheeses from organic vegetable milk (Swiss soy, Spanish almonds and fairtrade cashew nuts). The milk is curdled and fermented following the method of a traditional cheese. We do not add any additives or preservatives and mature the cheeses with natural, unrefined salt.
